Lost a Puzzle Piece?

The only way to know if you are truly missing a piece is to complete your puzzle. We ask that you complete your puzzle and do a thorough search for the missing piece before submitting a claim. We often hear that pets can be fans of puzzle pieces too! 

If you still are missing a piece, please send a completed puzzle photo showing the missing piece area, as well as a photo of the barcode from the box and purchase receipt are required with all claims. Please ensure to send the photos in full resolution so we have a clear view of your missing piece(s). If all information meets our requirements, we will send out a replacement piece as soon as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot send out puzzle pieces from styles that predate 2025.

Hobbry Ltd reserves the right to verify information and confirm valid proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny requests to our discretion. Claims to not apply to puzzles purchased second hand or addresses outside of Canada & the USA.
